Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within Singapore. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery within 2-3 business days
$1.99 flat rate

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Sunday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 6:00 PM SGT or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through our courier's tracking portal.

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the first attempt fails, a second delivery attempt will be made within 2–3 days. If both attempts fail, the parcel will be marked as Return to Sender (RTS) and a refund will be processed once the parcel is returned to us.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
